AMLI River North Apartments is contributing to the needs and wants of the rental market with 409 upscale luxury living apartments in a 50-story multi-unit residential tower on Chicago's north side. Floor coverings in common spaces and apartments include wood, carpet and tile. Surface preparation was an important step in producing smooth, level floors to receive the different floor coverings.
